Question: What program/Rules do you follow for Flag Football?

Answer:  We are an NFL Flag Program.  This means we buy our jerseys through them and follow their flag rules and guidelines. To Find out more about their program click here: https://nflflag.com/about.  The Girls 5/6 Travel team follows the CDYFL Rules for flag Football.  New in 2025 our 7th-9th grade teams will follow Varsity flag Rules.

Question: What are the rules for Tackle Football?

Answer: We are a part of the Capital District Youth Football League (CDYFL) and therefore follow their rules.  Find those here.

Question: What rules and/or guidelines does your cheer program follow?

Answer: While our cheer program does not have an overarching league we belong to, we follow Varsity Cheer Sideline Rules. Most of our coaches are certified by USA cheer and NYFC has firm guidelines for coaches and cheerleaders to follow.

Question: Are there codes of conduct for players/parents/coaches?

Answer: Yes.  Everyone attending a game is expected to follow the CDYFL's code of conduct.  You can find their's here.  NYFC also has codes of conduct for players and coaches.  Find them in the documents section.
